  1. Information on how to claim and details of entitlements form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participating in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promotion is open to Australian residents only.
  3. The Promotion commences on 28/03/12 and will remain open while stocks last at each participating Woolworths stores nationally. To be eligible, participants must purchase three (3) or more Kraft PHILADELPHIA products in one transaction from a participating Woolworths supermarket (“Eligible Purchase”).
  4. Participants who make an Eligible Purchase will receive one (1) FREE Philadelphia Cooking Gift Set containing a silicone spatula, oven mitt and recipe mini cookbook valued at RRP $29.95 (“Cooking Gift Set”).
  5. The Cooking Gift Set must be redeemed in-store at the time of the Eligible Purchase.
  6. Multiple claims per person will be permitted, however only one claim for each Eligible Purchase will apply.
  7. In total, there will be 200,000 Cooking Gift Sets available for redemption. The number of Cooking Gift Sets available for redemption in each outlet may vary.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any claims and to disqualify any participant benefiting from any tampering with the claim process.
  9. The Cooking Gift Set cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  10. If the Cooking Gift Set is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Cooking Gift Set for an offer of equal or greater value.
  11. In the event that an eligible participant does not redeem a Cooking Gift Set at the time of an Eligible Purchase, then the Cooking Gift Set will be forfeited.
  12. Dollar values are in Australian dollars and are based upon the recommended retail price at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in value between now and the redemption date.
  13. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Promotion.
  14. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with this Promotion or as a result of accepting or using a Cooking Gift Set, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
